GF70 Aluminum Oxide Powder Tank Wagon Railway Powder Tank Car 70T Load
GF70 Aluminum oxide powder tank wagon is a special function railway wagons to transport aluminum oxide powder with a unit weight of 0.95-1.0t/m3. The alumina powder is loaded and unloaded from the top. The working mode is that the powdery materials are fluidized by compressed air and then transported to the remote material tower through the unloading pipelines.
The wagon adopts no center beam structure, and is mainly composed of tank assembly, traction pillow assembly, outer ladder assembly, air inlet pipeline assembly, air hand brake device, coupler buffer device, bogie and other components. The tank body is made of Q450NQR1 high-strength weathering steel. There are 4 feeding devices (one of which is also used as manhole) and two unloading devices, and an inner ladder is set at the manhole. The fluidized device adopts improved fluidized bed. The brake system adopts 120 type control valve and NSW hand brake machine. Draft gears are No.17 coupler and MT-2 buffer. The bogies are K6.
